One avocado, some milk, the juice of a lime, some salt and ground cumin, or fresh coriander…
Place all these ingredients in a blender, and
Slowly add the milk until you obtain a fairly runny cream.
Stop mixing when you are satisfied with the consistency of the cream.
Taste.
Adjust the seasoning, if needed.
Chill.
Sprinkle snips of fresh coriander over
