banana and coconut milk ice cream

Cut the banana in round slices, and
Place in the freezer.

When the banana slices have hardened, take them out of the freezer, and
Place in a blender.
Slowly add the coconut milk,
Until the consistency of a creamy sorbet is reached.

Serve immediately.

A delicious sorbet!
