Milk

mango milk, as it is done in the Philippines

For one carafe:
Peel and coarsely cut a ripe mango into cubes.
Place the mango cubes in a blender.
Slowly add fresh milk and blend,
Until the desired consistency is reached.

Chill in the refrigerator.

Garnish with mint leaves.

Serve at breakfast or
as a snack for the children.

Anytime on a hot sunny afternoon!
