Mint

habiba’s very own mint tea

In a stove-top teapot,
Or in a pan,
Place a bunch of fresh mint,
Carefully washed and blotted-dry.
Add a tablespoon of your favorite green tea and
A tablespoon of sugar.
Bring to a boil for
5 minutes.

Offer this fragrant tea in pretty Moroccan glasses!

- Reduce the quantity of sugar
if you like your tea a tad less sweet.

- As for me,
I just love to add some pine nuts to mine!
