Place all the ingredients in a saucepan.
Bring to a boil for 2 or 3 minutes, but no more!
Serve in small coffee cups.

Orange flower water is used to flavor drinks,
custards or cakes.
For 4 people:
➢ 1 coffee cupful of orange water flower
➢ 5 coffee cupfuls of water
➢ 2 teaspoons extra fine granulated white sugar
➢ 2 thin slices of organic orange or tangerine peel.
