Place the contents of a frozen bag of blueberries
Into a small pan.
Rinse and dry two nice sprigs of fresh thyme,
And add them to the pan.
Wash and scrub an organic lemon,
Grate the zest.
Add, with a generous drizzle of your favorite honey.
Stew over low heat.
Once the juice has somewhat thickened,
Remove from heat.
Warm again over low heat when ready to serve over
a scoop of:
. vanilla ice cream, the classic way, or
. almond milk ice cream, for sophisticated sweetness!
Decorate each bowl with a sprig of thyme.

Always keep at hand in your freezer
some frozen blueberries or other red fruit,
as well as some ice cream.
It’s that easy!
For 6 people:
➢ 1 small bag of frozen blueberries
➢ 1 generous spoonful of honey
➢ Grated zest of a lemon
➢ A few sprigs of fresh thyme,
