Use the basic recipe Hummus like no other
Replace the flat-leaf parsley with basil leaves.
Add one small peeled, seeded tomato,
Coarsely cut into large cubes.
Taste and rectify.
Once the hummus is ready,
Incorporate the other, diced tomato
For crunchiness!
Serve with
Warm Lebanese or other pita-style bread, or with
Crisp endive leaves.
