Cut the cooked beets into large cubes.
Place in a blender and incorporate
A Greek style yogurt, as well as
The juice of an orange.

Blend until smooth.
Taste.
Salt.
Add a drop of naturally fragrant olive oil.

Chill until ready to serve.

Three ingredients,
a deliciously pink hue,

Add a juicy pear
To these ingredients.

For 6 bowls:

> 4 beets
> 1 small container of Greek style yogurt
> The juice of one orange
> Salt
> Drizzle of olive oil.
